WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

About the Founder

Born and raised in the Atlanta Metro area, Dr. Mosley was raised in a crime-stricken, impoverished neighborhood.  Living in a neighborhood filled with drugs and violence, Dr. Mosley experienced some very traumatic experiences in her childhood.  Growing up in such a disadvantaged and distressed environment gave her the desire and passion to educate and mentor at-risk youth and adults that need personal and professional development, and people who are trying to re-enter society.  Her passion for education is what makes her sincere about educating and mentoring our communities.

Dr. Mosley has an extensive educational background.  She has a PhD in Public Policy & Administration with a focus in Leadership, which  is a very needed quality when running a successful non-profit organization that focuses on personal development and leadership.  Also, Dr. Mosley has an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting, an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Sciences & Human Resource Management, and a Master of Science in Public Administration.  In addition, Dr. Mosley is a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist and a Notary Public.  Moreover, Dr. Mosley has an expert understanding of the social and economic injustices at-risk youth and criminal offenders face.

Our Vision

It only takes one person to initiate change.  When that one person decides to initiate change, change can rapidly cultivate into the most powerful and rewarding element.  R.E.A.C.H. is a community development non-profit organization dedicated to positively influencing people with economic or criminal hardships to promote positive social change while building stronger communities and neighborhoods.  Our goal is to create strong economic and sustainable communities through empowering the unheard.  It is our vision to coach these individuals and help them set attainable goals through coaching, mentoring, and counseling.

We believe that to build stronger communities, we must start with our youth and work our way up to the adults.  Not only must we provide education within the school system, we must look outside the classroom and provide a safe haven for youth that come from broken or indifferent families.  Ultimately, we want to see our youth become leaders and flourish in society, as well as see our adults succeed professionally.

Our Mission

Devoted to improving the lives of at-risk youth and adults re-entering society by empowering them to overcome the challenges of adverse influences while creating positive, social change within themselves and their communities.

At R.E.A.C.H., our mission is to inflict positive, social change by ensuring individuals are emotionally, mentally, and physically restored through coaching and teaching them life skills while ensuring they go on to be leaders.  We want to ensure our youth obtain the necessary tools to go to college and our adults receive the tools they need to flourish in today's workforce.
