COACHING

​Coaching focuses on individual growth and development. The people on our team understand the adversities people face. Our staff comes with an extensive educational background as well as real life experiences that will help guide our our clients in their everyday lives.
TRAINING, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & LEADERSHIP

We offer programs that will aid in the professional development of our youth. Some of the classes include but are not limited to Computer Fundamentals, Typing, Ethics, Leadership, and Dress for Success. We strive to generate academic strength, skills, and motivation required to ensure successful lives. We also offer classes to non-working adults.
EMPOWERING

​Through empowerment and cultural enrichment, we provide services that focus on improving the financial and economic literacy of youth and adults. By partnering with inner city middle and high schools and detention centers, we provide motivational speaking services to empower and inspire our clients.
EDUCATING/SCHOLARSHIPS
​
​We strongly believe in educating our communities. We want to make learning a joyful experience. Therefore, we offer programs that will teach life skills that can be used in our client's everyday lives. We also offer scholarships to help students who wish to attend college and adults who wish to obtain their GED. We partner with schools to provide services that will help students strengthen their reading and writing skills.
SERVICES
MENTORING

​Mentoring provides long-term, positive connections for youth transitioning to college and adults transitioning from detention facilities. We want to reach people and their families who are in indifferent environments, foster care, are aging out of foster care systems, re-entering society, or other disconnected people and provide mentoring services. We want to motivate people toward the successful completion of their secondary and postsecondary education.
COUNSELING
​
​We provide individualized counseling for personal, career, and academic information, activities, and instruction designed to acquaint students and adults with education and career options.
