WORDS FROM THE FOUNDER

Knowledge truly is power.  Not only do we need to educate our children, we need to educate our communities as well.  Once our children learn something and have it embedded in their mind and heart, they will travel to places beyond their imagination.  Therefore, I feel that learning is one of the most important things in life and what one person learns, should be shared with others.  I enjoy mentoring, coaching, teaching, and developing others.

I feel a sense of joy when I am able to pass my knowledge on to someone.  Mentoring and coaching is not just about showing up and spending time with a person.  Mentoring and coaching requires being involved and being sensitive to diversity and creativity.  Mentors have to balance the needs of each person with the realities of society. By doing this, each person has the same opportunity to be successful.  Therefore, I will devote my energy towards creating a positive atmosphere that our communities will be sure to remember.

Our primary focus is to challenge people to develop both personally and professionally, while developing the necessary leadership skills needed to be successful.  I know and understand that each person possesses a different learning style and have different emotions.  Therefore, we will create a fun, yet diverse environment that will allow people to identify and display each of their talents and creativity while inspiring them to reach their full potential.  Our goal is to be able to provide our clients with the critical tools that are very much needed to be successful in modern society.

By implementing real world experiences, we will empower people to embrace what they have been taught and what they experience.  As the founder of R.E.A.C.H, it will be my full responsibility to ensure every individual leaves our organization with a positive, life-changing experience.
